Being a leader means having the crucial conversations. Whether you are a lay leader or clergy leader, there are times when truth needs to be told (in love) and hopefully is heard (in love). Along with deep mutual listening (in love). Some of us will do anything to avoid any tension or conflict, but it's to our detriment.
