Despite popular belief conflict in a church can provide an engine for growth and more authentic relationships, both within the congregation and with the wider community. This requires leaders not to rush and try to fix or rescue those engaged in squabbles. Instead they gracefully lead through it to help people learn how to genuinely cooperate as loving community.
