* Way Finders draws its name from the ancient Polynesian navigators who crossed vast oceans without maps or instruments, guided by deep attentiveness, communal wisdom, and the subtle signals of stars, winds, waves, and birds. In that same spirit, this team provides leadership, discerning the Holy Spirit’s movement and navigation of the thresholds of an emerging missional church. Way Finders notice patterns and possibilities, offering guidance that cultivates clarity, courage, and intentional movement toward
a hopeful, faithful future.
