Diocesan Insurance Program

To properly care for and protect:

• Members of the congregation (Parish Officers, Volunteers, and the general public)
• Parish Property

Parish officers and Council must make sure that all properties have the right insurance coverage.

Insuring Parishes can be complicated because they require commercial insurance policies rather than personal insurance. To help with this process, the Diocese has created a Diocesan-wide insurance program with an independent Insurance Broker.

The Broker helps the Diocese determine the right level of coverage and works with insurance companies to find affordable options. All Parishes are required to participate in this program, which provides strong protection at competitive rates.
