We are all ministers by virtue of our baptism. Some of us have specific ministries, including being Licensed Lay Ministers, Vocational Deacons, Associate Priests, Rectors and other varieties of clergy. We also have Music Ministers, Parish Nurses, Pastoral Care Visitors, Youth Ministers, etc., etc.
