Scope of Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Rector and Parish Councils in preparation of documents and reports; maintains both online and traditional calendars of parish events, announcements and updates the parish website. The Administrative Assistant coordinates rental of the parish hall and is the contact for questions related to parish activities and events.
Basic Requirements
Great interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Passion to help others
Willing to work in a team environment
Hours per week
6 hrs per week ( flexible ) Some work can be done from home.
Compensation
$18.00/hr
