Congregations seeking renewal, focus their efforts and prioritize their next steps. Sometimes this is called 'strategic' planning. Sometimes it's called 'mission action planning.' Whatever the term, this intentional process of discerning means asking questions like, WHO are we? WHERE is God calling us? HOW do we get there? And, this work always involves the local community.
