MOTHERS' UNION aim and purpose is to demonstrate the Christian faith in action by the transformation of communities worldwide through the nurture of family in its many forms.

Mothers' Union members do this by working towards  five objectives

  1. Promoting and supporting marriage
  2. Encouraging parents in their role to develop the faith of their children
  3. Maintaining a worldwide fellowship of Christians united in prayer, worship and service
  4. Promoting conditons in society favourable to stable family life and the protection of children
  5. Helping those whose family life has met with adversity

The Mothers' Union is open to any baptized Christian, male or female, of any denomination. There are over 4 million members in 84 countries.  This year our Parents Supporting Parents Program is the ACW's annual
project.  Click here to access a 5min promotional video that can be shared in your parish to assist in raising funds for this important initiative.
