Trauma Informed Listening for Youth Leaders

Young people are carrying a lot these days, and youth ministry often provides a place for them to open up and share what's going on with their leaders and peers. Join us for this zoom workshop about how to practice trauma informed listening with young people so that you can better provide a safe space for young people to feel heard and supported. 

This workshop will be facilitated by Delaine Tiniakos-Doran. Delaine (they/she) is a Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate) whose work focuses in trauma-aware and client-centered care from a neurodivergent affirming lens. Their workshops are interactive and comprehensive, blending a solid grounding in research, with a focus on helping participants make personal connections with the content.
