Come and Find the Quiet Centre - Marking the 2nd anniversary of Covid-19 The Cathedral Church of All Saints will be holding an Open House on Tuesday, March 22nd to mark the second anniversary of the declaration of the State of Emergency in the Province of Nova Scotia. Throughout the day there will be moments for quiet prayer and contemplation, a cup of coffee and an opportunity to thank our healthcare workers who have led us through this pandemic with courage and grace. A special service of gratitude for healthcare workers will be held at 7:15pm in the Cathedral, with Bishop Sue Moxley as guest preacher. Expect more details next week, including liturgical resources for parishes who wish to hold similar services in their churches and communities -- and hopefully a pre-taped sermon from Bishop Sue. We would encourage you, as you’re able, to find ways during Lent (especially between March 16th – the declaration of a State of Emergency in PEI – and March 22nd) to thank healthcare workers in your own communities. While pandemic restrictions are loosening, Covid-19 will still be with us. There will be a degree of anxiety as we navigate these changes together. May we continue to work thoughtfully and prayerfully for the health and safety of all. For more infomation visit: |

Women’s Ministry SundaySunday, March 6, 2022 Women’s Ministry Sunday was initiated by the Anglican Church Women Board to recognize and promote the many ways that women live out God’s mission in the church and community. It has evolved from: honouring the women and the ministry of their organized groups within the parish, to recognizing their ministry beyond the parish, including within their professional and community volunteer activities, to their collaboration with men where they work together for a common purpose, achieving a shared goal. To quote the Anglican Church Women hymn: The Love of Jesus Calls Us The love of Jesus calls us in swiftly changing days,
