Just as ancient Polynesian wayfinders navigated uncharted waters by paying deep attention to the wind, waves, and stars, the Way Finders team exists to discern where the Holy Spirit is moving and guide new thresholds of missional life across the Diocese of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
Who We Are & What We Do
Way Finders is a diocesan Vision Strategy Support Team (VSST) dedicated to strategic discernment, innovation, and support for missional communities. We work alongside clergy, parish leaders, and pioneers to cultivate Christ-centered leadership, vibrant discipleship, and transformative ministry.
Our focus is simple: helping faith communities live out the Five Marks of Mission and reach people outside the traditional walls.
