Halifax City Hall will host a special Hiroshima and Nagasaki Poster Exhibition on August 6, 2025, commemorating 80 years of disarmament. The event features a powerful display from the Hiroshima Memorial Museum, poetry readings, and refreshments.

The opening ceremony begins at 9:00 AM with the exhibit launch, followed by poetry and refreshments. At 11:30 AM, a flag raising and proclamation will take place, and at 12:00 PM, bells will ring for Hiroshima.

The exhibit will be open free to the public from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on August 6, 7, and 8 at Halifax City Hall, 1841 Argyle Street, Kjipuktuk/Halifax.
