2025 Request for Proposals—Community Ministry Partnerships
The Anglican Foundation of Canada (AFC) is inviting Anglicans across Canada to establish or expand community ministry partnerships in this year’s Request for Proposals (RFP). Having funded hundreds of community ministry projects across Canada, AFC knows what it takes to build successful partnerships in priority impact areas, such as food security, social justice, leadership and education, arts enrichment, and more. Through grant reports and testimonials, applicants are sharing with AFC their positive experiences working with a variety of partners, including other churches and faith groups, not-for-profit organizations, schools and community educators, and small businesses. Click HERE for more information on criteria and to use the online application form. For more infomation visit: http://nspeidiocese.ca/news/2025-request-for-proposals-community-ministry-partnerships

6-Minute Study - #428Paring Down In Order To Prosper Jesus taught in John 15 that cutting away branches of a vine is vital to bearing spiritual fruit. Every good gardener knows this. In order to focus crucial resources on blossoming we often have to pause and prune back what has become overgrown. It is the same for longstanding congregations. Many churches are doing work to reposition their ministries so leaders and funds can be focused on mission. Read this article from the Lewis Center for Church Leadership, called 10 Ways Consolidation Can Strengthen Your Church’s Impact, written by Ken Sloane For more infomation visit:
