Dear Rectors/Priests-in-Charge and Parish Councils,
In order to prepare and distributed lists, voting badges and ballots to the eleven locations for the Electoral Synod, a cut-off date is necessary. Of course, properly documented changes can be accepted at any time prior to the opening of Synod, but logistically, those will be extremely complicated to manage.
The election of a new Youth Delegate, or Lay Delegate to replace someone who can no longer attend, must be emailed to Jan Connors, email@example.com by 5pm on Monday, August 31st.
Production of lists and badges will begin on Tuesday, at which time changes will only be possible on the day of Synod at your Regional venue, between 8am and 8:45am, with a fully complete, signed and dated 2020 Certificate of Election.
