Registration closes at the end of the day May 14th.
3. Synod Check-In:
Starting 10am Thursday May 26th, Dal SUB, second floor. Receive your Delegate Badge and any late material.
Costs for meeting space, audio-visual equipment, speakers, and most catered food costs are paid from the Diocesan Budget. Costs for travel, accommodation, parking and some meals are the responsibility of parishes. New this year: All delegates who intend to partake in any or all of the three meals catered at Synod must bring a $10 co-pay to Synod Check-In. The Synod budget has not changed in 5 years and can no longer cover all costs for the number of delegates attending.
