Terms of Reference

To assess and implement, where possible, the recommendations of The Report of the Task Force on Clergy Wellness (November 2003)
To develop realistic expectations for healthy clergy life in healthy parishes
To work with clergy to identify needs and potential sources of help
To promote clergy wellness as a major initiative of the Diocese
To develop and support clergy wellness initiatives at the diocesan/regional levels
To work with parishes/regions to support clergy wellness initiatives
To interact with the Human Resources Committee with respect to clergy benefit packages, e.g. stipend scale, EAP, health insurance, maternity leave, study leave/continuing education, and pension
