Terms of Reference
- To assess and implement, where possible, the recommendations of The Report of the Task Force on Clergy Wellness (November 2003)
- To develop realistic expectations for healthy clergy life in healthy parishes
- To work with clergy to identify needs and potential sources of help
- To promote clergy wellness as a major initiative of the Diocese
- To develop and support clergy wellness initiatives at the diocesan/regional levels
- To work with parishes/regions to support clergy wellness initiatives
- To interact with the Human Resources Committee with respect to clergy benefit packages, e.g. stipend scale, EAP, health insurance, maternity leave, study leave/continuing education, and pension
