Camps

St. Anne's Anglican Youth Camp is located on beautiful Gibson's Lake, about 15 km. south of Bridgetown. The camp was started in 1948 to provide an intense experience of Christian community for youth in the area. In the last 60 years St. Anne's has become an independent comfortable wilderness camp.

We have dorm cabins, a dining room/kitchen, craft and activity hall and flush toilets. Propane powers the stoves and fridges and limited hot water and light. Some of the cabins are heated with wood. There is a lake with a dock excellent for swimming and a new chapel. Walking trails are being developed as a service project by the teen camp. The camp is available from May till October each year at very competitive rates. St. Anne's provides campers with an opportunity to step back from the hustle and bustle of daily life and regroup, rethink life's priorities. Over the years kids have enjoyed camping at the Tanger Deanery camp (eastern shore), Camp Bretondean (Cape Breton) and the Anglican Youth Camp (Hailfax/Lunenburg Co. Area)
