Synod Youth Delegates – Notice regarding the Change of Age
(Approved at the last Diocesan Synod)
Constitution 6(2) states: "Each youth delegate shall be a communicant and regular attender who will be at least sixteen years of age upon the opening of Synod and under the age of twenty-five years upon the conclusion of Synod and who is also qualified to vote at meetings of the pastoral unit he or she is to represent.”
What this means for Synod 2013 for Youth delegates regarding age qualification:
Youth Delegates must be at least 16 years of age by May 30th (opening of Synod) and under 25 years of age as of June 1st (the closing of Synod 2013).

It is designed for use by congregations in study groups, adult forums, or for a day-long retreat.
