"MANAGE YOUR HYPERTENSION: The Parish Nurse at the Church of Saint Andrew in Cole Harbour, will be doing a program about high blood pressure. In four 2-hour sessions, learn what it is and how to prevent or control it. Sessions will be held on May 18, 25, June 1 and 8 from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Anglican Church of Saint Andrew, 2 Circassion Dr., Cole Harbour. Registration is required - call 902-462-7006."
